Professional Development
New Standards require the ability to retool strategies in the educational toolbox. With Eduplus, teachers have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment to think through the process of how the standards work in conjunction with their approved curriculum.
All of Eduplus professional development workshops are custom built to meet the needs of the teachers and the school. Attention is paid to ensuring all participants have a learning experience in which they walk away being able to implement a new strategy each time they leave one of the sessions.
Classroom Coaching
After the Professional Development workshop, teachers need time to implement the new teaching while working side by side with a coach in the classroom. Coaching provides teachers the opportunity to work with a trained professional who is able to bring theory into practice.
Teacher-Tutor
Students need opportunities to work on skills not covered in the brick and mortar building. They also need time to work on some areas of concern. Eduplus offers opportunities for children to work with highly trained professionals who are able to teach new skills and also to remediate any academic concerns.
